Don't Just Book the First Meridian Party Bus Rental You See. Compare Them All!
Partybusboise.com is not a bus company. It's a quote-comparison website — and that's exactly what makes it useful. Instead of calling five different companies, describing your trip from scratch each time, and waiting on callbacks that don't line up, you fill out one form and see vehicles and pricing from a network of transportation companies serving Meridian, Boise, and the rest of the Treasure Valley.
Compare options side by side, find the bus that fits your group and your budget, then move forward — all without ever creating an account.
The network includes everything from 14-passenger Sprinter limos and party buses up to 56-passenger charter buses, so whether you're moving 12 people to a wedding at The Barns at Locust Grove or 50 employees to a conference at the Boise Centre, there's a vehicle for it. Call 208-900-3393 any time — a support team is available every day of the year to walk you through your options, answer your questions, and put together a package that works for your trip.

Partybusboise.com connects you to the full range of bus types — 15–35 passenger minibuses, party buses seating 15 to 50, 14-passenger Sprinter limos, Sprinter vans, and 40–56 passenger charter buses — so there's a fit for every group size and every occasion in the Meridian area.

Explore The Meridian Charter Bus & Party Bus Amenities
The right bus depends on what the trip calls for. Party buses seating 15 to 50 typically come with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, and a premium sound system with Bluetooth — great for bachelorette nights through Downtown Boise or birthday crawls along the Sunnyslope Wine Trail. Minibuses are the practical choice for corporate shuttles and wedding guest runs between Meridian hotels and reception venues, with reclining seats and climate control built in.
Charter buses bring undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms for longer hauls — a Boise State away-game trip to Salt Lake City, say, or a full convention transfer from Boise Airport (BOI). Call 208-900-3393 and a support team can match your group to the right fit.

Meridian Party Bus Pricing That Works for You
Meridian party bus rental prices shift based on the vehicle, the date, and how long you need it. As a planning reference: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus comes in around $250–$350 per hour weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends. A full 56-passenger charter bus runs approximately $200–$350 per hour either way.
Per-day rates give you a clearer picture for multi-stop itineraries — a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $1,850–$2,900 for a full day.
Those are planning ranges, not quotes — your actual price moves with your specific date, route, and vehicle. The fast way to get your price: fill out the form on this page or call 208-900-3393. You could have a quote in under a minute.

Your Shortcut to the Right Meridian Party Bus
Because you're not limited to one fleet. Partybusboise.com pulls from a network of transportation companies serving Meridian and the Treasure Valley, so you see more options — more vehicle types, more price points, more availability on your specific date — than you'd ever get by calling one operator.
That matters most on the dates when demand is highest. Treefort Music Fest in late March pulls tens of thousands of people into Downtown Boise over five days, and the Connector on Front Street backs up from Capitol Boulevard to 9th on peak nights. Boise State home games at Albertsons Stadium on Bronco Avenue bring 36,000 fans into a neighborhood with limited oversized-vehicle staging.
Working through one number and one form means you're not scrambling to find availability the week before your trip. The network has options when individual operators are already sold out.
No account, no obligation, free quote online or by phone. Call 208-900-3393 any time — the support team is there every day of the year.
Group Transportation Services in Meridian
From airport runs to wedding shuttles, corporate events to prom nights — Partybusboise.com helps you find group transportation for every occasion in Meridian and the Treasure Valley. Here's a look at what groups in the area book most.

Meridian Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Boise Airport (BOI) — Boise Airport (3201 Airport Way, Boise, ID 83705) — sits about 12 miles from central Meridian, a straight shot east on I-84. That sounds manageable until you're coordinating 20 people with luggage across multiple arrival times. Commercial ground transportation at BOI operates from the Ground Transportation Center on the lower level of the terminal, adjacent to baggage claim.
The key move for group pickups: have your coordinator confirm all bags are collected and everyone is assembled before the bus moves to the curb — BOI's commercial vehicle staging area has a time limit for active loading.
For groups flying out on a cruise or heading to a multi-day event, a charter bus from Meridian handles luggage in undercarriage bays and eliminates the three-car caravan that inevitably loses someone on I-84. The Boise airport transportation page and the BOI airport shuttle guide have more detail on timing and logistics. Call 208-900-3393 to set up your airport transfer.

Meridian Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The go-to Meridian bachelorette itinerary almost always involves Downtown Boise — the stretch of 8th Street between Bannock and Idaho that fills up on Friday and Saturday nights with bars like Barrel and Vine, Pengilly's Saloon, and the rooftop at Chandler's. From there, groups usually migrate to the Linen District or out to the Treasure Valley's growing craft brewery circuit — Payette Brewing on West Curtis, Boise Brewing on Americana. Rideshares get expensive and scarce after midnight; coordinating five separate cars out of a crowded Boise street scene at 1am is exactly as chaotic as it sounds.
A Boise bachelorette party bus rental keeps the whole group moving together on one itinerary — pick up in Meridian, hit every stop in order, and get everyone home. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus is the sweet spot for most bachelorette groups, with LED lighting and Bluetooth sound built in. Call 208-900-3393 and a support team can build the route with you.

Meridian Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus pickup is one of the most memorable ways to kick off a milestone birthday — and for Sweet 16s and quinceañeras in the Meridian area, groups typically book 15- to 30-passenger party buses for the venue run and photo stops. Popular reception venues in and around Meridian include The Orchard at Chatham Hills, Boise's Riverside Hotel event spaces, and banquet halls along the Eagle Road corridor. Many Sweet 16 groups also do a pre-party cruise through Downtown Boise or past the Village at Meridian before the reception — the party bus becomes part of the celebration, not just the ride.
For adult milestone birthdays, the Boise birthday party bus page covers vehicle options from Sprinter limos for small groups up to 50-passenger party buses for large ones. Partybusboise.com lets you compare sizes and rates side by side so you find the right fit for your headcount. Call 208-900-3393 to check availability on your date.

Meridian Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the major concert venues drawing Meridian crowds sit inside Boise or just across the Ada County line — and most of them were not designed with 50-person group parking in mind. The Idaho Central Arena (233 S Capitol Blvd, Boise, ID 83702) in Downtown Boise holds 5,000 for concerts, and street parking in the Capitol Boulevard corridor disappears fast on show nights. The ExtraMile Arena on the Boise State campus (1 BSU Blvd, Boise, ID 83725) hosts bigger touring acts with up to 12,000 in capacity — and the Boise State game-day parking rules often carry over to concert nights, meaning oversized vehicles need advance coordination.
A Meridian concert bus rental drops your group at the venue entrance and handles the return trip — no circling for parking on Capitol, no surge-pricing rideshare at midnight. The Idaho Central Arena bus guide covers venue-specific drop-off logistics. Call 208-900-3393 to lock in your concert transportation.

Meridian Corporate Event Transportation
Meridian's corporate corridor — the stretch of Eagle Road and Chinden Boulevard anchored by St. Luke's Health System, Bodybuilding.com's campus, and the sprawl of tech and healthcare employers off Ustick — generates real group transportation demand for off-site events, training days, and conference shuttles into Boise. The Boise Centre (850 W Front St, Boise, ID 83702) on the edge of Downtown handles large conventions and association meetings, and bus drop-off uses the Front Street side. During major conventions, metered street parking on Front and Myrtle fills by 8:30am.
A minibus from Meridian keeps your team on schedule between the office campus and a downtown venue without asking anyone to navigate the Connector or fight for the last spot in a paid garage. For multi-day conferences, a charter bus handles the full employee shuttle circuit with onboard restrooms and overhead storage. The Boise corporate event transportation page has more on fleet options for business groups.
Call 208-900-3393 to discuss a custom corporate package.

Meridian Private Event Transportation Services
Meridian's location at the crossroads of I-84 and the Eagle Road corridor makes it an easy hub for group gatherings that pull people from across the Treasure Valley — family reunions, church retreats, neighborhood block parties that turn into winery crawls, corporate picnics at Kleiner Park. When your event involves multiple pickup points across Meridian, Nampa, and Caldwell, a charter bus handles the circuit cleanly without anyone getting left behind at the wrong exit.
The Boise private event transportation page covers fleet options for groups of all sizes. Treefort Music Fest (late March, Downtown Boise) and the Western Idaho Fair (late August, Expo Idaho on Glenwood) are two annual events where a private bus from Meridian genuinely changes the day — fairground parking at Expo Idaho costs $10 per vehicle and the Glenwood entrance backs up early on weekend afternoons. A bus drops your group at the main entrance and stages nearby.
Call 208-900-3393 to build a custom private event package.

Meridian Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season across the Meridian School District runs late April through May, and availability in the Treasure Valley tightens fast — especially for Friday and Saturday nights in that six-week stretch. Rocky Mountain High School, Meridian High, and Mountain View High all hold proms within that window, and the most popular party bus sizes (20–30 passengers) book out well ahead of the date.
For prom: book by January or February to get vehicle selection and current-season pricing. Waiting until March means fewer options and higher rates. Partybusboise.com makes it easy to compare vehicles across the network and lock in your date — no account required, and the form takes about a minute. The Boise prom party bus page has more on what to look for when booking for a school event.
Call 208-900-3393 as soon as your headcount is set.

Meridian School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips and school group transportation in Meridian most often head toward Boise's cultural corridor — the Boise Art Museum (670 S Julia Davis Dr, Boise, ID 83702) in Julia Davis Park, the Idaho State Historical Museum (610 N Julia Davis Dr, Boise, ID 83702) on the same campus, and the Zoo Boise (355 N Julia Davis Dr, Boise, ID 83702). Julia Davis Park has a designated bus loop off Capitol Boulevard, and the parking lot adjacent to Zoo Boise accommodates oversized vehicles — but on busy spring field trip days, that lot fills early.
A Meridian school event charter bus keeps students together from campus to destination without carpooling logistics or the liability questions that come with parent-run carpools. Overhead storage handles lunches and gear; climate control handles Idaho weather swings that can go from 38°F to 75°F in the same April morning. The Boise school event transportation page has more on ADA-accessible options and group pricing.
Call 208-900-3393 to confirm availability for your field trip date.

Meridian Sporting Event Transportation
Albertsons Stadium on the Boise State campus (1400 Bronco Lane, Boise, ID 83725) holds 36,387, and the neighborhood around it — bounded by University Drive, Bronco Lane, and Lincoln Avenue — has essentially no street parking available on game days. The university's official game-day parking page lists permit-only lots nearest the stadium, with general public lots farther out running $10–$20 per vehicle. From the general lots, it's a 10–20 minute walk to the stadium entrance depending on which lot you land in.
A Meridian charter bus to Albertsons Stadium coordinates with Boise State's oversized vehicle guidance for commercial drop-off and gets your group to Bronco Lane without anyone circling surface streets for 25 minutes. The Albertsons Stadium bus rental guide breaks down the approach and drop-off logistics. For Boise Hawks games at Memorial Stadium or Idaho Steelheads hockey at ExtraMile Arena, the Boise sporting event transportation page covers the full range.
Call 208-900-3393 to book your game-day ride.

Meridian Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Meridian sits in the middle of some of the Treasure Valley's most popular wedding venue territory — The Barns at Locust Grove (5765 W Locust Grove Rd, Meridian, ID 83646), Lakeshore Event Center, and the cluster of vineyards and estates along the Sunnyslope corridor about 45 minutes west. Guest shuttle logistics for a Meridian wedding usually involve multiple hotel blocks — Hilton Garden Inn on S. Progress Ave, Fairfield Inn on E. Overland — and a venue that may be 15–20 minutes from the nearest lodging cluster.
A Boise-area wedding shuttle bus handles the hotel-to-ceremony and ceremony-to-reception legs on a fixed schedule, so guests who don't know Meridian roads aren't guessing at exits off I-84. A 15–35 passenger minibus is typically the right fit for wedding guest shuttles; a 14-passenger Sprinter limo works well for the wedding party's venue-to-venue movements on the day itself. Call 208-900-3393 to talk through timing and headcount — the support team can build a full shuttle circuit for your wedding day.

Meridian Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Sunnyslope Wine Region in Canyon County — about 40–45 minutes from central Meridian via I-84 West — is Idaho's most established wine-growing area, with over 20 wineries concentrated along the Snake River bluffs near Marsing and Homedale. Koenig Vineyards, Sawtooth Winery, and Bitner Vineyards are regular stops, and the two-lane roads between them have no shoulder and no cell service for much of the route. Trying to caravan six cars through Sunnyslope on a Saturday afternoon is the kind of plan that sounds fine until the second winery.
A Meridian winery tour bus rental keeps the group together, keeps the itinerary moving, and means nobody has to skip a tasting because they're behind the wheel. The Sunnyslope Wine Trail bus guide covers the route logistics and suggested stops. The Boise winery and pub crawl transportation page has vehicle options for groups of every size.

How does this website work?

How much does a party bus cost in Meridian?
Party bus rental prices in Meridian vary with vehicle size, date, and trip length. As a planning reference, a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends; a minibus runs $200–$250 weekday and $200–$275 weekend. These are ranges — your actual quote depends on your specific date and itinerary.
Fill out the form or call 208-900-3393 and you can have a quote in under a minute.

No account needed — ever. Fill out the quick online form with your trip details and you'll see pricing and vehicle options right away. If you'd rather call, the support team at 208-900-3393 is available every day of the year and can get you a quote in minutes.
What's the best vehicle for a Meridian wedding shuttle?
For most Meridian wedding guest shuttles — hotel block to ceremony, ceremony to reception — a 15–35 passenger minibus is the practical choice: comfortable reclining seats, climate control, and enough room for dressed-up guests without the party bus footprint. If you're shuttling a smaller wedding party for photos between venues on the day itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a clean fit. The right answer depends on your headcount and stops; call 208-900-3393 and the support team can walk through the options.
Which Meridian-area events book up transportation the fastest?
Boise State home football Saturdays (September–November) and Treefort Music Fest (late March, Downtown Boise) are the two dates where bus availability across the Treasure Valley tightens the most. Prom season across Meridian's high schools (late April–May) is the other high-demand window — multiple schools hold proms within a six-week stretch and the most popular party bus sizes fill out fast. For any of those dates, booking two to four months ahead is strongly advised.
Can a charter bus reach the Sunnyslope Wine Region from Meridian?
Yes. The Sunnyslope Wine Region near Marsing and Homedale is about 40–45 minutes from central Meridian via I-84 West, and a charter bus or party bus handles the route comfortably. The two-lane roads between wineries are navigable for mid-size buses; just confirm your specific winery stops in advance so the itinerary accounts for turnaround space at each property.
The Sunnyslope Wine Trail bus guide has more on route logistics.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Meridian trips, two to four weeks of lead time is workable outside of peak periods. For Boise State game days, Treefort, and prom season, aim for two to four months ahead — demand across the Treasure Valley network is real on those dates and the best vehicle options go first. For weddings, booking four to six months out gives you the most selection.
Call 208-900-3393 as soon as your date is confirmed.
Popular Meridian Party Bus Destinations
A Meridian party bus itinerary can reach venues across the Treasure Valley in under an hour — from Boise State's campus to the Sunnyslope wine country. Here's a look at the destinations Meridian groups book most.

Albertsons Stadium
Home of the Boise State Broncos, Albertsons Stadium (1400 Bronco Lane, Boise, ID 83725) holds 36,387 and anchors the south end of the Boise State campus. Game-day parking in the immediate stadium area is permit-only; general public lots run $10–$20 per vehicle and require a walk of 10–20 minutes to the gates depending on which lot you land in. NW of the stadium along Bronco Lane and Lincoln Avenue, street parking is residential-permit only and actively enforced.
A charter bus from Meridian handles the 20-minute I-84 run and coordinates with Boise State's commercial vehicle drop-off approach — your group arrives together, not in four cars parked in four different lots. Review the official Boise State parking page before your game. The Albertsons Stadium bus rental guide has drop-off specifics.
Phone: (208) 426-1900

ExtraMile Arena
ExtraMile Arena (1 BSU Blvd, Boise, ID 83725) on the Boise State campus seats up to 12,000 for concerts and Idaho Steelheads hockey. It sits directly on University Drive at the north edge of campus, and parking during sold-out concerts follows similar permit-zone constraints as football Saturdays — nearby lots fill fast and the surrounding neighborhoods restrict street parking on event nights. The closest public structure is the Lincoln Avenue Parking Garage, a few blocks north, but it's not sized for large charter vehicles.
A charter bus drop-off on University Drive or BSU Blvd keeps your group from circling. Check the official ExtraMile Arena parking page before your event; the ExtraMile Arena bus guide covers the approach in detail. Address: 1 BSU Blvd, Boise, ID 83725 | Phone: (208) 426-1766

The Barns at Locust Grove
The Barns at Locust Grove (5765 W Locust Grove Rd, Meridian, ID 83646) is one of the Treasure Valley's most-booked wedding and private event venues — a working farm property with multiple barn structures and outdoor ceremony spaces. The venue is on a two-lane road south of Overland, and while on-site parking is available, coordinating 80–120 wedding guests in personal vehicles across a gravel lot after dark is a slow, unpredictable process. A Meridian wedding shuttle running hotel-block loops means guests arrive in organized waves rather than scattered across a 45-minute arrival window.
The property can accommodate bus staging near the main entrance; confirm access and turnaround space with the venue coordinator when you book. For wedding shuttle logistics, the Boise wedding transportation page has vehicle options. Phone: (208) 888-7721

Idaho Central Arena
Idaho Central Arena (233 S Capitol Blvd, Boise, ID 83702) sits in the heart of Downtown Boise and holds 5,000 for concerts and smaller events. Capitol Boulevard metered parking is free after 8pm, but the available spots on the street disappear quickly on sold-out nights, and the nearest parking structures — the Capitol Terrace Garage on Grove Street and the 9th Street Garage — charge $5–$10 per vehicle. Post-show rideshare pickup on Capitol can stack up 20–30 minutes on busy nights.
A Meridian concert bus drops your group on Capitol near the arena entrance and handles the return trip when the show ends — no app-watching, no parking structure exit lines. The Idaho Central Arena bus guide covers drop-off details. Address: 233 S Capitol Blvd, Boise, ID 83702 | Phone: (208) 331-8497

Expo Idaho (Western Idaho Fairgrounds)
Expo Idaho (5610 N Glenwood St, Garden City, ID 83714) hosts the Western Idaho Fair every August — 10 days of concerts, carnival midway, and exhibitions drawing over 200,000 attendees. The Glenwood Street entrance is the main vehicle approach, and fairground parking costs $10 per car with cash-only collection at the gate on busy weekend afternoons. The lot fills by mid-afternoon on peak days, pushing late arrivals to overflow lots and a shuttle ride back to the entrance.
A Meridian group bus drops your group at the main gate before overflow logistics become a factor — and picks everyone up at an agreed time so nobody is standing in a gravel lot at 10pm waiting on a rideshare. The Western Idaho Fair bus guide covers the full approach and staging detail. Phone: (208) 287-5650

Sawtooth Winery (Sunnyslope Wine Region)
Sawtooth Winery (19348 Lowell Road, Building A, Caldwell, ID 83607) is one of the flagship stops on Idaho's Sunnyslope Wine Trail — a working winery with a tasting room and sweeping views over the Snake River bluffs near Caldwell, about 35–40 minutes from Meridian via I-84 West. The road network through Sunnyslope is almost entirely two-lane rural highway with no shoulder; self-navigating a group of cars through three or four winery stops on a Saturday means someone inevitably misses a turn on Cemetery Road or Lowell Road and the group fragments. A Meridian winery tour bus keeps everyone on the same itinerary from Lowell Road to the next stop without anyone playing navigator.
Confirm bus access and parking space at the winery before your visit — the property has turnaround room, but it's worth a call ahead. The Sunnyslope Wine Trail bus guide has the full route. Phone: (208) 467-1200
